Q. Is there a time of the year when you do not operate?

A. No, we operate tours of Niagara Falls 365 days per year.

Q. What type of documentation do I need to enter Canada on my tour?

A. United States and Canadian citizens should have their birth certificate or passport with them at the US/Canadian border. Parents will need to have birth certificates for ALL children travelling with them to Canada. Grandparents or other relatives traveling with minors will need birth certificates for the children, along with a signed and dated permission note from BOTH custodial parents, stating that they are allowing them transit to Canada.
Resident aliens of the United States will need their Resident Alien Card with them when they reach the border.
Residents of other nations besides the United States and Canada may require a Canadian Visa along with their passport to enter Canada.

Q. Where does my tour depart from?

A. Niagara Majestic tours depart from multiple pick-up points on both sides of the border- all within easy walking or driving distance from most hotels and motels. We will provide you with easy to understand directions to your departure point when you book your tour.

Q. Do I need to wait until I arrive at Niagara Falls to book my tour?

A. No, because of the popularity of our tours, we recommend that you reserve your seats as soon as possible to guard against the possibility of a sell-out

Q. Are cameras and camcorders allowed on tour?

A. Yes. Our tours have many stops that allow you to get dramatic photos of mulitple views of Niagara Falls. We encourage you to bring your camera or camcorder along to capture the action.

Q. What type of clothing is recommended for the tour?

A. Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended. It is always a few degrees cooler near the water; a jacket or sweater is a good idea for cooler days.

Q. Do I need to bring money on tour with me?

A. Your tour price includes ALL attraction and parking fees. You may want to bring some spending money or a credit card with you on your tour as you will be given the opportunity to purchase snacks or souvenirs. Tipping your tour guide is at your discretion.
