Can you pick me up in Buffalo, NY and take me to Niagara Falls, NY?
No, we cannot go between two places within the state of New York.

How many people can be transported in one taxi?
Any combination of four adults and children.

How many people can be transported in one van or station wagon?
Any combination of six adults and children.

What if my party consists of 7 or 8 people? How about 9 to 12 people?
You must then reserve two taxis or two vans, respectively.

Can you transfer larger groups?
No we cannot handle larger groups who wish to transfer.

Do you provide seating for infants?
Unfortunately we do not provide baby seats in our taxis or vans.

How much luggage can your vehicles hold?
We cannot take moe than one large piece of luggage per person.

What flight information will you need from me?
We will require your origin airport in order to track your flight.

What if my flight changes or there is a delay?
If your flight changes please contact us 24 hours in advance to avoid trip charges or call our business office at (905) 357-4000 two hours before the flight is due to arrive.
